  Request for Motion to Approve Settlement Agreement between Department of Justice and Sandoval County regarding American with Disabilities Act Compliance of Polling Places.

A.   Request approval for a Professional Services Contract renewal in the amount of $109,725 with Presbyterian Medical Services for Ambulance Transport in the unincorporated areas of Regina, La Jara, and surrounding areas.
 
B.   Request approval for a Professional Services Contract renewal in the amount of $100,000 with Jemez Pueblo for Ambulance Transport in the unincorporated areas of the Jemez Valley and surrounding areas.

  Request for Motion to Award Contract for Construction of Recreation Center at Sandoval County Fairgrounds, to Khapo Construction in the amount of $619,268, not including taxes and approve the County Manager to negotiate and sign the contract and any amendments upon final approval from the New Mexico Department of Finance.
